ARES/RACES Group leadership changes: Frank Gruber KB7NJV becomes Marion County ARES EC on March 2, 2009

As many of you know, Frank Gruber KB7NJV has accepted the leadership of the Marion County Amateur Radio Service (MCARES) the volunteer arm of the Marion County Emergency Management Program, while the leadership of the government agency component remains unchanged. MCARES is still committed to providing adjunct radio communications during an emergency or disaster.
